Oaks Exhibitions

Oaks Exhibitions designs and builds custom exhibition stands, showrooms and retail displays from Unit 1, Pollard Street South in Milnsbridge, Huddersfield. The company behind it, Oaks Exhibition and Joinery Contractors Ltd, was incorporated on 21 September 2006, according to Companies House, which records joinery installation as its business. It sits in our stand design and build section and is within reach of the Leeds and Harrogate shows.

Joinery-led builds made in its own workshop

You get stands made by joiners. Oaks says its in-house build approach lets it control quality, and its case studies describe designs modelled in 3D and then made by its own joiners. For Gem Imports it designed and made a showroom off site in the Oaks workshop and delivered it in modular sections that fitted together on site, which kept disruption to a minimum. The same team handles design, manufacture, logistics and installation.

Small stands or large bespoke spaces

Its stand page splits work into small stands up to 12m², in custom or modular designs that are quick to install and dismantle, and large stands of 12m² and above with fully bespoke structures, meeting rooms, product zones, feature lighting and suspended elements. It also offers equipment hire, digital and interactive displays, logistics and storage. Oaks says its stands are designed for reuse, so you can reconfigure layouts, graphics and parts for different events or have an existing stand refurbished.

Work for agencies, under your name if you prefer

If you run a creative agency, Oaks will build your client’s stand as a white-label service or appear as an independent supplier. It starts with a consultation, face to face or online, then takes the project through design and build to installation and removal.

Brands and shows on its record

Its case studies include an internal power tool showroom for JCB with LED-lit shelving, a working kitchen showroom for Russell Hobbs, a retail showroom for Zanussi, trade show and retail displays for iCandy and a head office fit-out for Behrens. In 2025 it designed, made and installed a stand for Supercharts at the Monaco Yacht Show. Photographs on its site show stands for Exa, Aquatrols, Fosters, LiveRegister and Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, and it has a service page for exhibitors at Infosecurity Europe at ExCeL London.
