Olympia London is an exhibition and events venue on Hammersmith Road in west London, next to Kensington (Olympia) station. Its spaces include the Grand Hall, the National Hall and West Hall. The venue’s own exhibitor services cover IT connections, catering, rigging, cleaning and waste.
What exhibitors should know
- Vehicle access: any vehicle servicing an event must pre-book through Voyage Control. Slots normally open 30 days before the event start date, and the venue allows one booking per vehicle per day, with no consecutive slots.
- On arrival: the vehicle type and registration must match the booking, early or late arrivals may be refused, and loading must be finished within the booked slot. Goods access is via Blythe Road from Hammersmith Road. The maximum vehicle height is 4.4 metres.
- Parking: pre-book parking, preferably more than 24 hours ahead. Spaces for vans and lorries up to 7.5 tonnes are limited, and there is no coach parking on site.
- IT and services: free visitor Wi-Fi is available, but exhibitors book wired and dedicated connections through the venue’s IT provider. Rigging is handled through the venue’s appointed rigging contractor.
- Exhibiting enquiries: the venue does not sell stand space. Contact the show organiser.
Getting there
Kensington (Olympia) station is served by the London Overground Mildmay line and Southern. West Kensington and Barons Court Underground stations are within walking distance. The venue says most shows do not sell tickets on the door, so visitors and stand staff should register in advance.
