Terms

These terms apply to your use of exhibitionuk.co.uk. Please read them with our privacy notice and editorial policy. Last updated 20 October 2026.

Who we are

Exhibition UK is a trading name of Watts Digital Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14574775, VAT number 454187577). Registered office: #3042 275 New North Road, London, England, N1 7AA. You can reach us through our contact form.

Using the information on this site

Show, venue and supplier information is compiled from official and published sources and dated with the day we last checked it. We take care to keep it accurate, but organisers, venues and businesses can change dates, halls, services and terms at any time. Always confirm details with the organiser, venue or supplier before you book space, travel or services. Our guides are general planning information, not legal, tax or professional advice for your circumstances.

Listings and links to other websites

Directory listings describe businesses and events independently. A listing, a claimed profile or a link is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a guarantee of availability, quality or safety. Links to organiser, venue and supplier websites take you to sites we do not control, and their own terms apply.

Accounts, submissions and claims

You may create a free account to submit a listing, claim an existing listing or request changes. Information you submit must be accurate and you must have authority to act for the business or event concerned. We review submissions and claims before anything is published or ownership is granted, and we may edit submissions for accuracy and consistency, decline them, or withdraw access if an account is misused. Having an email address alone does not establish ownership of a listing.

Corrections and removal

Anyone can ask us to correct or remove a listing through our free corrections form. Corrections and removal requests never depend on buying anything.

Premium and extras

Owners of a claimed listing can buy Premium for that listing, paid annually, and two one-off extras: Fast-track review and a Spotlight article. While a limited-time offer runs (its end date is shown on the pricing page), the first year of Premium is half the normal price, and it then renews at the normal price. What Premium and each extra include, and their prices, are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. All prices include VAT at 20%. The seller is Watts Digital Consulting Ltd (VAT number 454187577). Payments are taken securely by Stripe, and we email you a receipt showing the VAT when you pay; your orders are also kept in your account.

Premium renews every year on the date you first paid, and the card you used is charged automatically at each renewal until you cancel. We email a reminder before each renewal. Your renewal price stays the same unless we give you at least 30 days' notice by email of a change, and you can cancel before a new price applies.

Fast-track review and Spotlight articles are one-off payments and do not renew. If a renewal payment fails, the paid benefits pause until the payment is made, and we email you a link to pay.

Premium applies to one listing, and only while that listing is published and you are its verified owner. Premium listings carry a Featured label, are shown above other listings in directory lists, as explained in How listings are ordered. Premium does not guarantee traffic, enquiries or bookings.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel Premium at any time in your account under Subscriptions, or by asking us through our contact form. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your paid benefits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the listing then returns to a free listing. You keep your claimed listing either way.

We do not refund part of a period after you cancel, except as set out here or where the law requires it. If you buy as a consumer rather than for your business, you may cancel within 14 days of paying; because Premium starts as soon as you pay, we refund what you paid less an amount for the days it was active. If we end Premium for a reason that is not your fault, such as closing the directory, we refund the unused part of the period. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the paid benefits stop. We may end Premium without a refund if the account is used to make false claims or breaks these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or other accounts, interfere with its security or operation, submit false or misleading information, or copy the directory in bulk with automated tools.

Content and copyright

Our articles, guides, descriptions and site design are owned by Watts Digital Consulting Ltd. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a link to the source. Event names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners.

Our responsibility to you

We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on information that has changed since we checked it, or by the acts of organisers, venues or suppliers. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the site's services change, and the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
