T3 Systems

With T3 Systems you can hire a stand designed around your brief, installed at your venue before opening and collected after the show, so you have nothing to store, transport or build. The company invented the T3 modular aluminium system and makes it at its own facilities in Harlow, Essex, and Trappes, France. Its UK company, Tecna Display Ltd, is based at the Business Design Centre in London.

Hire a stand without buying one

T3Xtra hire suits you if you exhibit once or twice a year. Every package includes a free 3D design, installation and collection after the show. The published starting prices, excluding VAT, help when you are building an exhibition budget:

• Shell scheme upgrade, 2x2m to 3x3m: from £1,000 per show
• Compact space-only stand, 3x3m to 6x3m: from £2,500
• Island stand, 6x6m and larger: from £6,250, with storage after the show

The company says hire covers every UK venue, from Excel London to EICC Edinburgh, and its stock in France lets you exhibit at European shows without ATA carnets. Own a stand your team can rebuild

If you exhibit three or more times a year, buying cuts your repeat costs to new graphics. Purchased stands start from £3,000 and use a patented Twist & Lock connector, so your own staff can assemble them without tools; T3 quotes two to four hours, or under two hours for two people on a compact stand. The same frame can grow from a 6m² shell scheme to a 15m² corner plot, and each frame carries a 10-year structural warranty. Stands are pre-assembled in the company’s showroom so you can check every detail before final installation.

For ThreatSpike, two installers built an illuminated archway stand in a single day without tools, and it has been redeployed at later events with only the graphics refreshed. For L’Oréal at its TPS site in Wales in 2025, a 72sqm stand housed Lancôme, YSL Beauté, Valentino and Armani on one shared frame, then went into T3’s UK storage for reuse.

Evidence for your sustainability reporting

If your procurement team needs proof, T3 supplies ESG documentation on request, including recyclability specifications and reuse records. The company claims up to 70% less waste than timber builds. It states that it is ISO 9001 certified, an ESSA member and a twice winner of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise, for Innovation and for International Trade.
