Official show website (opens in a new tab) callandcontactcentreexpo.co.uk
At Contact Centre & Customer Experience Expo, a free two-day trade exhibition at Excel London, you can compare suppliers, attend seminars and book pre-arranged meetings with exhibitors. It is for people who run call centres, contact centres, customer service and CX teams, and is organised by Roar B2B. The show website presents it as two linked strands, Contact Centre Expo and Customer Experience Expo, so you get both on the same dates, at the same venue, with one visitor registration.
Dates and opening times for 2026
Your entry is free on both days.
| Day | Opening hours |
|---|---|
| Wednesday 18 November 2026 | 09:30 to 16:30 |
| Thursday 19 November 2026 | 09:30 to 16:00 |
Visitor tickets are free. Registration is done online and stays open during the show, and you can also sign up at the registration desk on the day, though the organiser recommends booking ahead to avoid queues. Each registered visitor receives a QR code by email, which is scanned at the desk to print a badge.
Who you will meet
If you exhibit, you meet people from call and contact centre managers and heads of contact centre quality through to directors of customer operations, VPs of customer success and heads of CX, as listed by the organiser. Its exhibitor material names visitor functions such as workforce management, technical support, learning and development and IT, from sectors including finance, insurance, healthcare and the NHS, education, legal and the public sector. The show sits in our business services sector.
What you can see and learn
You can compare suppliers in exhibitor categories that include AI and chatbots, BPO and outsourcing, omnichannel and multi-channel communications, contact centre software, hardware, unified communications, staffing support, and performance management and quality monitoring. The 2026 platinum sponsors are 8×8, Amazon Web Services, Genesys, ITIDA, Kerv, Nextiva, Verint and Webex by Cisco, with the CCMA as strategic partner.
You can pick the seminar track that fits your role from five: AI and technology, people and culture, data and analytics, operations, and customer experience. The organiser quotes 100 seminar sessions and 110 speakers. Other features include:
- two training workshops run with The Forum
- networking and a VIP lounge where you can build new business contacts
- a flexible working zone for visitors who need to keep up with office work during the two days
- an after party at the end of the first day
- a Start-Up Zone with a live pitching competition judged by senior leaders and technology specialists
Free pre-booked meetings with CONNECT
CONNECT, a free meeting programme run by The Knowledge Group, lets you arrive with one-to-one meetings already booked. If you tick it on the registration form, you get a 30-minute consultation call before the show, then a schedule of meetings with chosen exhibitors, shown in the event app. Taking part upgrades your badge to VIP, which includes lounge access with refreshments on both days and free entry to the after party.
Show size
You can expect more than 3,500 customer contact professionals and over 120 exhibitors in 2026, according to the organiser. The organiser describes the 2026 show as building on its 2025 edition.
Exhibiting
You can book a stand through an enquiry form and a downloadable sales brochure on the show website, though no stand prices are published. If you run a young, small firm, the Start-Up Zone is for firms founded within five years of the show, with fewer than 50 staff and revenue under £5 million, and businesses funded beyond Series B may not qualify. Our guide to building an exhibition budget covers the costs to plan for beyond the stand itself.
Make more of your trip to Excel London
You can combine your visit with other Excel shows. Roar B2B also runs B2B Marketing Live, which opens at the same venue on 18 November 2026. The European Pizza Show starts there the same day, and Event Tech Live London takes place a week earlier, from 11 November. More events across the capital are listed under trade shows in London, and if this would be your first visit, our guide to choosing your first UK trade show may help.
Getting there and staying over
You can book parking in advance through Excel London, as the organiser’s FAQs advise, and they point you to the venue’s own travel page. Two Excel-run cloakrooms on level 0 of the boulevard take coats and bags at £1 per item, but not laptops, cameras or other electronics. EventBeds is the official accommodation partner, offering hotels near the venue.
