It states that it holds more than 52,000 pieces of AV and IT equipment for hire. Its hire range is grouped into LED screens, devices, audio equipment, streaming and production, and event Wi-Fi. One account manager from enquiry to de-rig

You have a dedicated account manager from your first enquiry, and technicians cover installation through to de-rig. The company describes six stages: understanding the brief, regular alignment meetings, detailed production plans and 3D event visualisations, installation, progress updates with pricing, and longer term support. Project managers handle site surveys and on-site delivery. Its crews are used to sharing build space with other contractors, a point to raise when planning stand delivery and installation. At large shows it may place several on-site project managers, one for the organiser and others for exhibitor halls.

ISO and ESSA accreditations and industry awards
