London Vet Show

At London Vet Show you can take CPD in more than 30 theatres and meet suppliers at the exhibition over two days at Excel London. London Vet Show is an annual veterinary congress and exhibition in London, organised by CloserStill Media with the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) and the British Veterinary Association (BVA) as education partners. The show began in 2009, and the organiser calls it Europe’s largest veterinary exhibition. It is one of the veterinary and animal health trade shows held in the UK.

You get two days of conference and exhibition, and every ticket includes the first-day Happy Hour on the show floor.

Which pass you need and how to pay less

You buy the pass that matches your role, and you can pay less with an early code, a BVA or BEVA membership or a group discount. Entry is paid:

• Veterinary Professional Pass for vets, nurses and all practice staff, covering both days and up to 17 hours of RACE-approved CPD. Published at £549 plus VAT until 25 September (£419 plus VAT with an early code).
• Commercial/Supplier Pass for anyone attending for a company selling to practices, £699 plus VAT until 25 September.
• BVA and BEVA member passes at further discounts.
• Student Pass at £99 plus VAT for those studying veterinary medicine or veterinary nursing.
• Session recordings via Vet Show Academy, £149 plus VAT.

One-day passes may be available on request, and group discounts can be negotiated with the organiser. Paid places were refundable until 30 September 2026, subject to a 25% service charge, and you can transfer your pass to a colleague.

The CPD you can choose from

You can choose from over 350 hours of accredited content given by 450 plus speakers, the organiser lists. Streams named for 2026 include:

• RVC Clinical Theatres 1 to 3 on small animal medicine, including Brucella canis and Alabama rot (CRGV)
• RVC Equine Theatres 1 and 2, an Equine Referral Theatre, the RVC Farm Theatre and the RVC Nursing Theatre
• Association streams from the BVNA, AVA, BVDA, IVAPM, VECCS and EVECCS, and the BVBA
• BVA Congress, including the Wooldridge Memorial Lecture, and BVA Career Development sessions
• A Business Theatre and 45-minute Business Lab workshops
• IDEXX and Zoetis sponsored streams, CVS Learning Live, Sonopath ultrasound and Behavet, a behaviour day new for 2026
• Wet Labs of 90 minutes or four hours, and a Wellbeing Zone with short yoga sessions

What you can see on the show floor

You can compare diagnostics, surgical equipment, practice software and animal nutrition from 425 plus exhibitors, alongside 7,000 plus veterinary professionals, according to CloserStill Media’s 2026 figures. Elanco and IDEXX are Diamond Sponsors for 2026, and IDEXX is presenting its Cancer Dx panel for lymphoma screening at stand B50. A Distribution and Partner Programme matches manufacturers with distributors in five-minute table meetings, with 2026 details to be confirmed.

Why exhibitors see delegates all day

As an exhibitor you see delegates on the floor throughout the day because, according to the organiser, the clinical theatres sit on the exhibition floor and sessions are staggered so delegates move onto the floor. Stands are sold as a shell scheme package, with walls, a name fascia, carpet and cleaning, or as space only for companies building a custom stand. The trade-offs are set out in shell scheme or space only. You can buy an upgrade pass to attend conference sessions, a cost worth adding to an exhibition budget.

History and awards

You are attending an award-winning annual show that launched in 2009. It won Best Tradeshow (4,001 to 8,000 sqm) at the 2024 AEO Excellence Awards and was recognised for Best Tradeshow at the 2025 Exhibition News Awards. CloserStill Media also runs BVA Live, from 11 March 2027 at NEC Birmingham, plus New York Vet and Wild West Vet.

Getting there

You can walk to the venue entrance in less than two minutes from Custom House, on the Elizabeth line and DLR, which the show’s travel page names as the nearest station. If you drive, use postcode E16 1FR for the car park, where you can pre-book a space and entry works by number plate recognition. Lufthansa Group airlines offer discounted event fares.
