The Business Show London is a two-day trade event for owners of small and medium-sized businesses, founders and start-ups, held at Excel London in the Royal Docks. It pairs an exhibition of companies that sell to SMEs with keynotes, seminars, masterclasses and speed networking. The organiser, Business Show Media, gives the show’s scale as 500 exhibitors, 25,000 visitors, 200 speakers and 90 hours of content.

Entry is free, and the organiser says there are no extra charges for keynotes, panels, seminars or masterclasses. Masterclasses and speed networking sessions need booking in advance, also at no cost. Registered visitors can have a printed showguide, listing exhibitors and the seminar agenda, sent by post, and a digital version is also published. Some sessions run on one day only.
The show is trade only. Business owners, professionals and decision-makers may attend; students and children are not admitted. International visitors are welcome, although the organiser cannot supply visa letters. There is no virtual or hybrid option.
Who exhibits
Exhibitors are firms whose customers are SMEs, across marketing, consulting, legal services, HR, PR, AI, finance, technology and ecommerce. The 2026 exhibitor list includes Barclays Bank UK, Revolut Business, Nationwide, FreeAgent, BrightPay, Dext, Odoo, Constant Contact, Moneypenny and Alibaba.com, alongside bodies such as the Federation of Small Businesses, the Institute of Directors, the Intellectual Property Office, the Information Commissioner’s Office and the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Seminars, masterclasses and networking
The programme lists more than 150 seminars. Named 2026 speakers include Touker Suleyman, Piers Linney of Implement AI, Steve Dukes of Confused.com, Anthony Eyarhono of Google, Chris Knox of Microsoft and Steven Smith of Poundland. All speakers are vendors, so a speaking slot requires a stand booking or sponsorship.
- Masterclasses: small-group series covering CRM, AI and property, including The Big AI Secret run by Maybe*, an AI Value Masterclass from Visual Labs and The Marketing Stage hosted by Constant Contact.
- Speed networking: timed one-to-one introductions in one-hour slots starting on the hour from 11:00, for holders of a valid show ticket.
Co-located shows
Going Global Live, for businesses selling overseas, runs in the same hall, and the White and Private Label Expo has been co-located since the 2025 edition. Organiser and history
Business Show Media began as a monthly business magazine and moved into events in 2000. It says its London show has grown from 1,000 visitors and 150 exhibitors to 25,000 visitors and 750 exhibitors. The Business Show World Series also runs in Amsterdam, Singapore, Sydney and Miami, and sister events include The International Franchise Show and the B2B Marketing Expo US.
Exhibiting
A stand package covers both show days, with support from onboarding through to the end of the show and a featured listing. Sponsorship packages are also offered. Getting there
Excel London has three DLR stations on site and is served by the Elizabeth line; from the Jubilee line, change at Canning Town for a Beckton-bound DLR to Custom House. Drivers should follow signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and Excel from the M25, M11, A406 or A13, and the venue has 3,700 parking spaces. HotelPlanner is the official hotel partner.
