West Country Business Show

At the West Country Business Show you can meet firms from across Devon, Cornwall and the wider South West in a single day, talk business and hear seminars, and your visitor ticket is free. The one-day exhibition is held at Westpoint Exeter, which the show’s own pages call Westpoint Arena, at Clyst St Mary, Exeter. It is run by RPM Events, an organiser based in Redruth, Cornwall, which describes it as the West Country’s largest business exhibition.

The show’s homepage quotes 250 exhibitors and 2,000 visitors, and says the seminars are free to attend. At the venue, it falls six days after Agrifest South West on 4 November and ahead of the Westpoint Equine Fair on 5 December. Keynote speakers you can hear

You can hear the 2026 keynote speakers named on the show site, Don Armand and Ollie Osborne of the Warrior Wellness Movement, Barney Grenfell of TEDx Bristol and United Presenting, and Dean Seadon of Maverrik. RPM Events also lists people who have spoken at its earlier events, among them Piers Linney, Ross Kemp, Billy Billingham, Frank Bruno and David Haye.

The Live Lounge

As an exhibitor, speaker or visitor, you can register interest in being interviewed in the Live Lounge, with the recordings are released afterwards as podcast and video content. New for 2026, the live podcast lounge is produced by Evolution Media, a South West video, podcast and content agency. Through the day it will interview exhibitors, keynote and seminar speakers, business leaders and visitors. Planned subjects include scaling a business, leadership, sales and marketing, artificial intelligence, recruitment and the future of business in the South West.

The Really Useful Networking Area

You can meet people from your own field in structured networking sessions, run hourly through a partnership with The RUN (Really Useful Network) with a capped number of seats, so the organiser advises booking your place in advance. Each session is a sprinter group for one field:

• Trades and Construction: builders, electricians, plumbers, decorators, landscapers, architects, developers and contractors
• Property and Investment: investors, landlords, estate agents, mortgage brokers and financial professionals
• Wellbeing: therapists, coaches, fitness professionals, nutritionists and wellbeing practitioners

The West Country Wellbeing Show

If you employ South West staff, the West Country Wellbeing Show, run as an extension of the main event for employers and staff, covers wellbeing at work and at home, from meditation and physical therapy to holistic medicine and HR services. It is sponsored by Andy’s Man Club, the men’s suicide prevention charity that runs free peer support groups.

Who you will meet

You will meet the business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals from the region that the show is aimed at. It sits in our business services sector. Feedback quoted on the site comes from Cornwall Chamber of Commerce, Exeter Racecourse, Devon Women in Business and Albright IP. Adsmart from Sky and Exeter City Council are the Diamond Sponsors, and Evo Media, Recognition Express and Sales Geek are listed as preferred suppliers. Exhibiting

The organiser

You can see who runs the show. RPM Events is led by directors Matt Williams and Paul Webb, with Pearl Pearce-Smith as marketing director and Tom Jacobson as client liaison manager. The company says it was a finalist for Best Trade Show in 2023, with Aaron Cahill shortlisted for Event Director of the Year and Pearl Pearce-Smith for Marketing Visionary.
