World Travel Market London, known as WTM London, is a trade event for the travel and tourism industry, organised by RX at Excel London. The organiser describes it as a global marketplace for travel professionals, and its homepage lists more than 5,500 buyers and over 46,000 attendees.

The next edition gives you three days at Excel London, Tuesday 2 to Thursday 4 November 2027, with these published hours. The 2026 show ran from 3 to 5 November 2026.
| Day | Opening hours |
|---|---|

In 2026 a Trade Plus ticket got you in from 9am. In the same week as the 2026 show, the separate Luxury Travel Fair opened at Olympia London on 5 November 2026.
Tickets and how to attend free
You attend free if you meet the Buyer qualification criteria, as those visitors are approved automatically, and in 2026 booking ahead cost less than paying onsite. Ticket prices for 2027 are not yet published; for 2026, the first year WTM London charged visitors from the day registration opened, early bird trade tickets started at £49 in June, the rate from 1 September to 2 November was £79 plus VAT, and £99 was the onsite rate. For 2027 the organiser currently takes registrations of interest. The organiser says admission is by advance online booking only, and each badge needs its own booking and email address. Children under 16 are not allowed in the exhibition halls.
A trade ticket gives you the exhibition, more than 200 conference sessions, the WTM Global Travel Report, the WTM TrendFest area and two networking parties.
Ticket upgrades
- Business Class, £199: a dedicated lounge, high-speed wifi and premium refreshments.
- Trade Plus, from £499: the WTM Connect Me meetings platform, up to 30 meeting invites at a time, dedicated meeting rooms and a printable personal schedule.
- First Class: a separate lounge with catering all day, aimed at senior leaders and VIPs.
Who you can meet
You can meet destinations, tourism boards, hotel groups, tour operators and travel technology companies, and the floorplan groups stands by world region alongside stages and interactive areas. Named features at the 2026 show were:
- WTM Travel Tech, new in 2026, covering travel technology including AI
- WTM TrendFest, an interactive zone with cultural showcases and exhibits
- The WTM Conference, a curated programme of industry insights and trends, including dedicated sessions on sustainability
- WTM TV, filming stand tours and interviews during the show
Who you reach as an exhibitor
As an exhibitor you can meet more than 5,500 senior buyers and over 1,800 travel media, RX says. Stand enquiries for 2027 go through an online form, after which the WTM team contacts the business to discuss options. If you are new to an event of this scale, you can use the guides to choosing your first UK trade show and building an exhibition budget. RX also runs The London Book Fair at Excel London from 16 March 2027.
