Your Wedding Exhibition

Your Wedding Exhibition is the North East of Scotland’s largest wedding show, held at P&J Live in Aberdeen on 23 and 24 January 2027 and open 10:00 to 17:00 both days. The 2027 exhibitor list carried 179 businesses when we checked, and the organiser says the show is in its 30th year.

What couples get from a visit

You can meet most of the suppliers for a Scottish wedding in one hall over a weekend: reception venues, castles, stately homes and hotels, photographers and videographers, florists, cake makers, caterers, celebrants, pipers, kilt and dress hire, jewellers, car hire, travel agents and entertainment. Being local, many of them are suppliers you could book for a wedding in Aberdeen or Aberdeenshire, so you can compare prices, see real work and ask about dates face to face.

The floor plan is laid out so that visitors are led past every stand, which helps if you want to cover the whole show in one visit. Stand numbers are listed against each exhibitor on the show’s own website, so you can plan a route to the suppliers you care about before you go.

A group ticket for four costs £50, and anyone in your party under 16 goes free. Booking direct with the organiser carries no admin charge; tickets are also sold through Ticketmaster with its usual fees, and at the door on both days. Parking is free for visitors, because the organiser pays for it.

The fashion show

A catwalk show runs twice a day, staged with Premier Productions; the venue’s event page says the partnership is now in its 31st year. At the last show eight exhibitors used it to show new wedding dresses alongside outfits for bridesmaids and the mother of the bride, so time your visit around one of the two shows if you are still choosing what to wear.

Getting there

The show is held at The Event Complex Aberdeen at Stoneywood, next to the A96 and 1.5 miles from both Aberdeen Airport at Dyce and Dyce railway station. FirstBus and Stagecoach both run services to the venue, and the AWPR is 1.2 miles away at the Craibstone roundabout.

Who runs it

The exhibition is now run by House of Morgan together with the Grampian Wedding Directory magazine, and the organiser’s office is in Cults, Aberdeen.
