Futurebuild is a built environment exhibition and knowledge programme organised by Media 10 at Excel London. Its focus is lower-carbon construction, and the organiser says many visitors attend for its CPD-accredited content. It runs alongside UK Construction Week London and The Stone & Surfaces Show as what the organiser calls the Built Environment Super Event.
The 2027 edition
- Dates: Tuesday 11 to Thursday 13 May 2027
- Opening hours: 10am to 5pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, 10am to 4pm on Thursday
- Venue: Excel London, Halls N1, N3 and N4
- Organiser: Media 10
Planning notes
The audience includes architects, specifiers, contractors and local authority teams, who will ask for evidence: certifications, test data and case studies. Bring technical literature that a specifier can use after the show, not just a brochure.
Building product demonstrations can be heavy. Plan floor loading, delivery slots and handling with the organiser’s contractor, and book Excel loading bay access through the venue’s vehicle booking system. Our guide to stand delivery and installation has a checklist.
