At The European Pizza Show, a two-day, trade-only exhibition for pizza, foodservice and hospitality businesses at Excel London, you can see more than 300 food and beverage exhibitors, with free entry if you work in the trade. Its FAQ names three organisers: London-based Bellavita Expo, working with the Italian trade fair organisers Cibus Parma and Tuttofood Milano. According to the show’s about page, it builds on ten years of the earlier European Pizza & Pasta Show, and Bellavita Expo was founded in 2013.
Dates, hours and entry for 2026
One free badge covers your whole visit. The 2026 edition runs on Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 November, with visitors using Entrance N5, the West Entrance. Doors open at 10:00 on both days, closing at 17:00 on day one and 16:30 on day two.
- Entry is free for trade professionals. The show is closed to consumers, and staff may ask to see a business card at the door.
- Under-16s are not admitted, apart from exceptional cases approved in advance.
- One badge covers both days and includes the European Pizza Forum and the European Pizza Chef Competition, with no extra booking.
Other events at Excel London that week include the Contact Centre & Customer Experience Expo, which also opens on 18 November.
Who visits and who exhibits
If you exhibit, you reach restaurants and pizzerias, which make up 31% of the organiser’s breakdown of main sectors, and importers and distributors at 25%, followed by hotels and catering at 14% and retailers at 11%. The site cites more than 300 food and beverage exhibitors, over 11,000 attendees from the UK and Europe, and more than 700 guest chefs and pizzaioli.
As a visitor, you can find ingredients and toppings, equipment and technology in themed areas, plus a Start-Up Zone and an Artisan Drinks & Beer Zone. Exhibitors quoted on the site include Mulino Caputo, AB Mauri UK & Ireland, Cirio UK, Shift4 and Nestlé Waters.
European Pizza Forum
The forum, a seminar programme run with PAPA, the Pizza, Pasta & Italian Food Association, lets you hear speakers from Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana, Tops Pizza and Pizza Pilgrims on 18 November, when the 2026 agenda covers food to go, delivery platforms versus operators, building a pizza brand, margins and funding, and technology that improves profit. On 19 November a session presented by 50 Top Pizza features pizzaioli including Ciro Salvo of 50 Kalò and Michele Pascarella of Napoli on the Road, and a second session looks at adapting Italian expertise to the UK market. The EPS Awards 2026 ceremony is at 15:15 on 19 November, recognising products shown at the event and adding a new Best Product Presentation category.
European Pizza Chef Competition
The competition gives you two days of cooking on the main stage, where 45 finalists, narrowed from more than 200 applications from around the world, cook for an international jury led by head judge Alberto Buonocore of Fedegroup. There are five categories: Traditional Neapolitan Classic, Traditional Neapolitan Special, Contemporary Neapolitan, Roman Tonda (Scrocchiarella) and Freestyle (Round). The prize ceremony starts at 14:30 on 19 November.
Meet European buyers
As an exhibitor, you get the chance to meet a selected group of European food and beverage buyers. A hosted buyer programme, run by the Cibus and TuttoFood incoming team with the Italian Trade Agency, brings them to the show to meet exhibitors. It is open to purchasers from pizzeria and restaurant chains, wholesalers, importers and supermarket groups.
Exhibiting
You can choose a stand from space only to a fully equipped shell scheme package, and add sponsorship covering on-site branding, speaking slots and marketing before, during and after the show. Our guide to shell scheme or space only compares the two stand types, and choosing your first UK trade show helps newer exhibitors judge the fit.
Getting there and staying over
Pre-booking your parking costs less than paying on the day, with the main Excel car park listed at £27.50 a day pre-booked or £30 on the day. The show FAQ recommends the Elizabeth line or the DLR, with Custom House and Prince Regent the nearest stations. EventBeds is the official accommodation partner, and nearby hotels named in the FAQ include Aloft London Excel, Novotel London Excel and ibis London Excel Docklands.
Related food and drink shows
You can plan further food and drink visits. IFE is at Excel London from 5 April 2027, and The Cake & Bake Show is at Olympia London from 26 November 2026. More events are listed under food and drink trade shows and trade shows in London.
