Care Management Show

At Care Management Show you can get free CPD training, one-to-one advice clinics and mentoring, and meet suppliers to care providers, in one day at Excel London on Friday 27 November 2026. Care Management Show is a one-day exhibition and conference for owners, chief executives and managers of care businesses, with five content theatres. Nexus Media Group organises it in association with the magazine Caring Times, and the organiser describes it as the largest event dedicated to care management and leadership. It is one of the healthcare trade shows on our calendar and one of the dates in the list of trade shows in London.

The November 2026 edition at Excel London

• Admission: free, fully funded tickets for care providers only. Suppliers are contacted by the sales team about entry options. Tickets are emailed a week before the show, and under-16s are not admitted.

Theatres and speakers

You can choose from five theatres of talks: Caring Times Owners Club, Leadership, Operational Excellence, Home Care and Complex Care, the last of which was added at the 2025 London show. The organiser lists more than 60 speakers, including Marina Clark, Registration Inspector at CQC; Joe Whibley, COO of Bluebird Care; Nasir Quraishi of CareTech; Peter Kinsey, Chair of Iris Care Group; William Freston, Partner at Knight Frank; and Patricia Sunday of the Crisis Prevention Institute. Sessions on the 2025 London agenda included a Care Home CEO Panel, the impact of the Employment Rights Bill on the care sector, raising finance in the care sector, practical uses of AI in care, and CQC’s expectations at registration.

Clinics, mentoring and CPD

The Care Business Clinic gives you one-to-one expert advice on the day. In 2025, Care Inspections UK ran free Regulatory Clinics, and for 2026 the organiser announced Finance, Insurance and Risk, Law and Tax Clinics alongside them. The Care Leaders Mentoring Scheme, launched at the 2025 London show, offers bookable one-to-one sessions with sector leaders. The organiser says the CPD training is fully accredited.

Who you will meet

If you exhibit, you meet a senior audience. According to the organiser, 78% of attendees are at management level or above, 35% at director level or above and 13% in the C-suite, working across residential care, home care and complex care. On the evening before the show, invited VIP delegates, including top care group leaders, attend a dinner and stay overnight. As a visitor, you can meet exhibitors on the 2026 London list, including Care England (stand A28), the CQC (A48), Nourish, Log my Care, OneAdvanced, CoolCare, Planday, Rotagap, Croner-i, Miele Professional, P&G Professional, Totaljobs, carehome.co.uk and homecare.co.uk, and The Care Workers’ Charity.

You can also visit the show’s Birmingham edition at the NEC. The Ontex Care Heroes Award was presented at Care Management Show Birmingham 2025, with Gabriela Vasile named overall winner.
