At The Cake & Bake Show you get four days of live baking demonstrations, hands-on workshops and shopping for cake decorating tools and ingredients at Olympia London, from Thursday 26 to Sunday 29 November 2026. The same ticket also admits you to The Ideal Christmas Show and the Eat & Drink Festival, so you can see all three in one visit. The show launched in 2012 and is organised by Media 10.

Plan your day from 26 to 29 November

Doors open 10am to 5pm on all four days, and booking online costs less than paying on the door.

Ticket In advance On the door
Adult, weekday £16 £22
Adult, weekend £18 £24
Child aged 5 to 15, weekday £5
Child aged 5 to 15, weekend £7
Standard VIP £65

Over-60s can buy a weekday concession at £14. Children aged 4 and under go free but still need a ticket, and each paying adult can bring at most two children. Each order carries a £2.99 fee, and tickets are non-refundable. A weekend ticket works on any day; a weekday ticket needs an upgrade through See Tickets if you want to come on Saturday or Sunday. If you are registered disabled and buy a ticket, your carer comes in free, with the carer ticket collected from the box office at the show. Groups of 10 or more get a discount.

VIP adds fast-track entry, VIP Lounge access, a glass of Prosecco, free cloakroom use and a goody bag.

Learn new decorating and baking skills

You can book workshops from £8 on top of your show entry ticket. LissieLou runs decorating workshops at the Cake Decorating Village, which also holds Cake Creation Live, a have-a-go area and the Inspired By Nature Cake Competition. Sugarcraft and chocolate workshops take place at the Home Bake Kitchen powered by KitchenAid, where Bake Off favourites and baking creators share recipes and answer questions. Listed workshop subjects include cupcakes, sugar flowers, festive biscuits and chocolate making.

Live stage guests include Freya Cox, Matty Edgell, Paul A Young and Chinelo Awa.

Enter or watch the competitions

Any baker can enter the Cake and Gingerbread Competition, which the organiser says is open to all ages and skill levels. Home Baker of the Year powered by KitchenAid is a new national contest for amateur bakers, with qualifying rounds leading to a live final at the show.

Stock up from baking brands

Named exhibitors include KitchenAid, LissieLou, Sweet Stamp, Luxardo, Wright’s Baking, Dummies Direct, Quarter Past and Immaculate Confections. Stands sell decorating tools, ingredients, appliances, sweet treats and food gifts.

Reach hobby bakers as an exhibitor

The organiser offers exhibitors a platform for product launches, direct sales and customer acquisition. It says the show draws over 12,000 targeted baking enthusiasts, plus over 45,000 additional lifestyle visitors at the co-located Ideal Home Show Christmas. It also says 60% of its visitors are intermediate or experienced bakers, 70% had attended no other event in the previous 12 months, and 87% are female. Media 10 does not publish stand prices; you can ask the commercial team for a media pack or use the enquiry form, and sponsorship has its own contact. Our guides to building an exhibition budget and what a co-located ticket covers can help you plan. Media 10 also runs Futurebuild.

Get to Olympia

Kensington (Olympia) station is served by the London Overground and national rail. From the Tube, change at Shepherd’s Bush (Central line) or, on weekdays, West Brompton (District line) for a two-minute Overground ride. Parking spaces are limited, so book in advance through Olympia London, and check whether your vehicle needs to pay the Ultra Low Emission Zone charge.

Other shows to consider

If you bake, Cake International and Bake International opens at the NEC on 6 November 2026, and the Festive Good Food Show starts there on 26 November. The Spirit of Christmas Fair opens at Olympia on 2 November. You can find more events among the food and drink shows and London shows in our listings.
