You can order furniture for your exhibition stand online and have it delivered to venues across the UK. Exhibit Hire is the exhibition arm of Furniture Hire UK, and the site is operated by Central Event Hire Ltd. It supplies individual exhibitors, stand builders, agencies and show organisers, and all prices on the website are shown excluding VAT.

Furniture and packages you can price before you order

Free delivery to your stand and tracked orders

You get free delivery straight to your stand, collection after the show, and a tracking reference for each delivery and collection that you can check online. The company says it delivers to every show at Excel London, Olympia London and NEC Birmingham, as well as to other major UK venues. An online portal lets you track and manage orders. Registered partners receive discounts, and the company says it offers priority support. An upload page takes artwork as PDF files, and you can request a brochure through an online form.

Depots serving venues in England and Scotland

Your order comes from whichever of three depots covers your venue. The head office sits beside the Dartford Crossing in South East London, in a 70,000 sq ft building the business moved into in 2024. Its warehouse has dock level loading and six loading bays and mainly serves venues in London and Birmingham. Stand builders, agencies and organisers can arrange a visit and warehouse tour. A depot in Dukinfield, Greater Manchester, opened in 2012 and covers venues in Manchester and Liverpool, and a smaller depot in East Kilbride, opened in 2021, serves venues across Scotland.

A business with a larger fleet since 2022

You hire from a business that, the company says, gained a larger vehicle fleet and more warehouse space from its 2022 merger into the main hub. Exhibit Hire was founded in 2007 in South Wales and moved into London soon after. Furniture Hire UK, set up in 2004 by Dan Smith with a team of four and a 5,000 sq ft warehouse, bought the business in 2019 when its previous owners retired. Before the merger, Exhibit Hire spent several years in a separate building in Southall, West London.
