Run by Rentertain Ltd from Chertsey, Surrey, it plans and staffs AI photo experiences for exhibitions, conferences, corporate events and brand activations. Four AI experiences to choose from

You can pick from four experiences, each giving your guests a personal image or video to keep.

• AI Photo Booth turns a guest photo into a themed portrait or campaign scene.
• AI Headshots produce an editorial-style portrait from a photo taken at a portrait station, intended for LinkedIn, staff profiles and speaker bios. The company pitches this as a reason for visitors to stop at an exhibition stand.
• AI Backgrounds keep the guest at the centre of the photo and replace the event setting behind them with an approved digital scene.
• AI Photo to Video animates a single guest photo into a short AI video, delivered by email or another agreed method.

A booth branded to your event and staffed on the day

You get an experience set up around your brief, audience and brand, with the AI styles prepared and tested before the event. Rentertain recommends the experience, and for a fully customised setup it suggests allowing up to two weeks; simpler setups can sometimes be turned round faster. Branding can run through the on-screen journey, overlays, print templates, email visuals and the AI prompts themselves, and physical branding of the booth may be possible in some cases, confirmed during planning.

Its team delivers, installs and checks the booth, then runs it and manages guest flow during the event. Space, power and connectivity needs are confirmed in advance, which is worth matching against the rules in your exhibitor manual and your stand delivery and installation plan. A stable internet connection is required for AI processing and email delivery, and venue Wi-Fi is usually the preferred option. Guests need no app.

Leads you can follow up after the show

You can gather leads, as the delivery step can include data capture or marketing opt-ins where the brief calls for it, with the fields and consent wording agreed beforehand. Images reach guests by email, QR download, digital sharing or on-site print, depending on the agreed setup. After the event you receive a gallery, delivery files or a lead export, as agreed, ready for following up exhibition leads.

Published projects

At Air Evolve Summit 2026, held at MTC Events in Coventry, Rentertain offered four AI photo styles; the company reports that Studio Headshots, kept free of heavy event branding, were the clear guest favourite. A Future Self booth for a healthy ageing campaign at the London Marriott Hotel Regents Park asked guests to pick one of two lifestyle paths before generating a future portrait.
