Fixed-price stand hire with a dedicated project manager

You get a dedicated project manager with each hired stand, and the work is covered from drawings to removal after the show. The hire service is built on the company’s Integra modular system and sits within its stand design and build work. Each hired stand covers:

• rental of walls, arches and roof panels, plus technical drawings, 3D renders and revisions
• full colour graphics, raised flooring in vinyl or carpet, lighting and cable management
• risk assessments and method statements, booking forms and the build schedule
• delivery to the venue, installation in the days before opening, and dismantling and removal after the show
• extras such as TV screens, shelving, furniture, mini-fridges and coffee machines

You can start from one of 47 pre-configured kits in its hire catalogue, in corner, L-shaped, booth, backwall, backdrop and island layouts, from a 2m x 2m corner kit priced at £6,900 up to a 14m x 7m island. The hardware, height, width, layout and accessories can be changed, or a stand can be drawn from straight and curved panels to fit any space at a fixed price. The hardware and accessories go back to XL Displays after the event; the graphics belong to you, and you can keep them or leave them with the crew to be recycled.

Portable stands and lightboxes you can buy

You can buy linked pop-up stands in kits for spaces from 2m x 4m up to 12m x 12m, which join magnetic, laminated graphic panels on scissor lattice aluminium frames. A 3m x 3m L-shaped XLPRO kit, for example, includes nine printed panels, four LED lights and two Zeus wheeled cases that convert into podium counters, with a 10-year hardware warranty. Accessories such as counters, literature holders, monitor brackets and spotlights fit its Centro and Linear/Vector systems.

If you want a backlit display, FABRILUX LED fabric lightboxes, which the company sells exclusively, stand 2.25m tall in 1m, 2m and 3m widths, use OSRAM LEDs and assemble without tools from numbered frame parts. Their SEG fabric graphics are printed, sewn and finished in-house and rated DIN 4102 Class B1. The company notes that the closed backs suit both space-only and shell scheme stands, a choice explained in shell scheme or space only. Other ranges include FABLOK, FABRIWALL and FABRI-BANNER fabric displays, MAGNTEX counters, ENVOY roller banners, flags, gazebos and inflatable arches.

Artwork support and dispatch times

You get a free 15-point artwork check and an assigned graphic designer on every print order, and nothing is printed without your approval. Its pop-up and FABRILUX kits are printed and dispatched within five or six working days of proof approval, with delivery to mainland UK.
