Solutions2 designs, manages and builds custom exhibition stands from its own unit on Minworth Industrial Park in Sutton Coldfield, on the north-east edge of Birmingham. The company was founded in 2001 by Marija Erzen and Trevor Nock and says it has kept a family ethos as it has grown. Your stand is built and checked before it reaches the hall

You get design, project management, graphics and build from one in-house team. Solutions2 says its production team is 40 strong and that each stand is built, tested and refined in its workshop before it goes to the show floor. After each show it reviews with you what worked and what could change, and if you have several events in the diary it plans which parts of the stand can be rebuilt and used again.

Reuse that adapts to a different stand size

If you exhibit at more than one show, you can ask for a design built around reusable components. Its reuse case study shows WIHA using the same components on different stand sizes at Screwfix Live and ELEX Sandown, and Norton carrying elements of its 2025 stand on to Malle Mile and The Bike Shed. At MCL 2025 the team delivered more than 5,000m² of stands for brands including Norton, Harley-Davidson, BMW, Honda and Suzuki, and the company says most of that space was built from stock or built to be reused. The Motorcycle Industry Association has named it a preferred supplier for the show, a relationship the company dates back 16 years.

Experience with organisers as well as exhibitors

You can also bring Solutions2 in for feature areas and whole-event builds. It has worked with Screwfix on Screwfix Live at Farnborough International since 2014, starting with seven Screwfix brand areas, registration and tills, for an event it now puts at around 30,000 visitors and more than 200 brands. For the RHS it designed a 196m² RHS Experience stand in the Great Pavilion at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2025, built from modular elements so it can be reused in later years and fully wheelchair accessible. Exhibitor projects on its site include Maersk at Multimodal, Gallagher Security at The Security Event, Tieva at the Retail Technology Show, NEFF at EuroCucina and Toyota Material Handling at IMHX.

Accreditations you can check

Solutions2 states that it holds ESSA Tier 5 sustainability accreditation, which it says aligns with ISO 14001 and ISO 20121, and that the consultancy Green Circle Solutions audits how it manages materials, haulage, energy and waste. Its stated target is net zero by 2040, and it sends its sustainability plan on request. The awards shown on its home page include AEO Stand Supplier of the Year 2019 and an ESSA health and safety accreditation, and it lists membership of ESSA and IFES.
