In two days at Excel London on 25 and 26 November 2026, you can meet contractors, architects, housebuilders, councils and their suppliers, sit in on CPD-accredited talks and walk the stands without paying for a ticket. The organiser cites 25,000+ registered attendees, 450+ exhibitors and 600+ speakers across 15 stages. For 2026 London Build moves to Excel London and shares the halls with elementalLONDON, a show on energy, performance and sustainability in buildings that launched in 2025.
Plan your visit on 25 and 26 November
One free registration covers both days and gets you into every conference session, CPD workshop and networking event, so you do not need to book talks one by one. Seats go on a first come basis, and the organiser suggests arriving five minutes before a session you want.
| Day | Exhibition | Conference stages |
|---|---|---|
| Wednesday 25 November | 09:30 to 17:30 | 10:00 to 17:00 |
| Thursday 26 November | 09:30 to 16:30 | 10:00 to 16:00 |
- Badges are print-at-home and come by email when you register; printing yours gives fast track entry.
- You can register colleagues on the same booking, and each gets their own ticket.
- Registration on the day is possible, but expect queues.
- Students must be 18 or older to attend.
- Dress code is smart casual or business. There is a cloakroom by the entrance where you can leave luggage.
- Parking at Excel is pre-booked on the venue website, first come, first served.
Earn CPD points from the talks you attend
Every conference session and workshop is accredited by CPD UK, so each one you attend counts as a CPD point. Staff scan you into each session and CPD UK emails a PDF certificate within 30 working days. Stages named on the site cover architecture, sustainability, fire safety, UK housing and real estate, AI and digital construction, civils and infrastructure, health and safety, interior fit-out, modern methods of construction, and skills and marketing. Speakers listed for 2026 include people from AECOM, Gensler, Skanska UK, Laing O’Rourke, Mace, Wates and Sir Robert McAlpine.
See upcoming projects in the Architect’s Hub
The Architect’s Hub lets you walk through a gallery of forthcoming UK schemes shown as 3D models and designs. Practices the site names as recent contributors include BDP, Bell Phillips, Broadway Malyan, Gensler, HLM Architects, PLP Architecture, TP Bennett and Waugh Thistleton. New for 2026 are a Start-Up Zone for emerging innovators and technologies, a Careers Hub linking employers with new entrants, and the London Construction Awards, which join the show. The organiser lists 40+ networking events, including Women in Construction and Diversity in Construction gatherings and an Ambassador Programme.
Exhibit to reach contractors’ procurement teams
If you supply the sector, you can take part in Meet the Buyer, which for 2026 is open only to exhibitors. It puts you in front of procurement teams to hear about projects and tenders over the two days. Buyers the site names from recent editions include BAM UK, Costain, John Sisk & Son, Laing O’Rourke, Mace, Skanska, Willmott Dixon and The Hill Group. Featured 2026 exhibitors include Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier, Saint Gobain, Stark, Matterport and One Click LCA. The organiser says the move to 12 halls gives room for 650+ exhibitors. Stand enquiries and floorplan requests go through the show website. Exhibitors quoted on the site, among them Rawlplug and Strongdor, report leads from visitors who travel from across the UK. If this would be your first stand, read our guide to choosing your first UK trade show.
Add other construction shows to your diary
Because elementalLONDON runs alongside, your visit also takes in HVAC and building-efficiency suppliers; our note on what a co-located ticket covers explains what to check. Starting the same day at Excel London is the National Civils Show. Earlier that month, Digital Construction North opens on 18 November at Manchester Central. Next year at Excel London you can return for Futurebuild from 11 May 2027 and the Smart Buildings Show from 23 June 2027.
