Marsden Exhibitions

Marsden Exhibitions designs, builds and installs modular, hybrid and bespoke exhibition stands from 23 Jubilee Drive on the Belton Park Industrial Estate in Loughborough, Leicestershire. It was established in 2003, when Storm Exhibitions, with roots back to 1996, merged with Marsden Direct Group, the company that still trades as Marsden Exhibitions. Prices published before you call

You can set a budget from its own figures. Marsden puts shell scheme upgrades at £500 to £3,000, modular stands at £4,000 to £15,000 and bespoke stands from £15,000. Per square metre it suggests £250 to £400 for a modular stand and from about £900 for a complex bespoke build. For a bespoke stand it says the ideal lead time is 12 to 24 weeks, depending on size and specification.

A modular stand built to be reused

Marsden’s modular stands are built on the T3 System aluminium frame with magnetic graphic panels you can swap from show to show, and it says graphics can be reused on later stands of a different size. Since 2022 all its in-house printing has run on HP Latex printers with water-based inks, and it says used stand flooring is donated to charity projects. The modular stand it launched in 2023 uses reused aluminium, recyclable board, repurposed flooring and LED lighting, and in a 2025 news post it reports winning a Better Stands Gold award.

Official builder at shows you may already book

Since December 2025 Marsden has been the official stand build partner for eight Easyfairs shows in the UK, including Advanced Engineering, Southern Manufacturing, Lab Innovations, Packaging Innovations, London Packaging Week and Futurebuild, plus ChemUK and ACE at the Business Design Centre. It describes 2026 as its most successful year at Packaging Innovations.

An in-house team from design to dismantle

Its team page names 22 people, including technical designers, artworkers, a print room, a master joiner and a head of installations with four installers. Your project manager runs approvals, each stand gets a pre-show quality check, and at the close of the show the install team meets you at the stand to secure valuables and take it down. For organisers it builds packages of small stands, such as 36 stands for Procurement and Supply Chain Live.

Shows abroad with one contact

Marsden works across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, and uses US and Canadian build teams for North American shows.
