You can order a complete exhibition stand, or just the walls, counters and banners you are missing, from one UK supplier and have your graphics designed or checked for free before anything is printed. Stand Central sells reusable display systems with full-colour graphics, listed in our displays and graphics category. It says orders are printed and dispatched within 5 working days of artwork approval, then take 1 to 2 working days to reach you in the UK.

Fill a shell scheme or small space from one order

For a small plot, one kit covers the back wall, counter and brochures. Prices start at £55.95 ex VAT for a full-size roller banner, £159.95 for a counter and £999.95 for a complete 3m x 3m kit with wall, counter and banner. Complete kits are sized for 3m x 3m and 3m x 6m plots, worth matching to your booking if you are weighing up shell scheme or space only.

Portable items pack into carry bags and wheeled cases, and the company says one person can carry and build its 3m x 3m kits.

Hire a stand that is built and cleared for you

If you exhibit once or twice a year, you can hire a modular stand and leave the build to its crew. Hire is a flat rate per square metre for up to 7 days including build and breakdown. The price covers graphics on Foamex board or black-back fabric, a 43-inch screen, bar furniture, carpet in your colour, lighting, installation, breakdown, RAMS and an electrical plan. Extras such as shelving or a hanging structure sit within the same rate. Sizes run from 3m x 2m to 4m x 4m or custom. Reuse the stand and spread the cost

You can keep one frame for several shows and pay only to reprint graphics when your brand or message changes, a saving to weigh in your exhibition budget. It says every product has at least a one-year warranty and that it keeps replacement parts and reprints available for everything it sells. Its cardboard range, with no aluminium or PVC, uses recyclable board from an FSC-certified source, made by a UK partner it describes as ISO 14001 certified, and a damaged panel can be replaced on its own.

Get white-label or custom work quoted

If you are an agency, it offers white-label production, trade rates and in-house design. For custom displays, its design team plans the layout and graphics and sends a visual and written quote before you order.
