Stand 4

Stand 4 hires out exhibition stands at a fixed £375 per square metre, so you can see the cost of a stand before you speak to anyone: a 3×3 stand from £3,375, a 4×4 from £6,000, a 6×6 from £13,500, with larger islands priced by the square metre. Stand 4 Ltd designs, builds and prints in-house and gives Unit 4, Church Farm, Lasham, Hampshire as its address; its about page describes it as a family company based in Bentworth. What the hire price covers

You pick a design from its catalogue, filtered by size from 3×2 to 6×6 and larger, by inline, corner, peninsula or island layout and by style, and Stand 4 brands it with your artwork. The hire package includes a raised 40mm platform or carpet direct to the hall floor, carpet or vinyl, all structural elements, photo quality printed walls, furniture, LED lighting and cable management, screens up to 65 inches, transport, installation and removal, and risk assessments and method statements sent to the organiser. You see a 3D mock-up of your artwork on the stand before it is printed.

Pre-built before it reaches the hall

Every hire stand is pre-built at its print facility and photographed, and the photos are sent to you so you can check it before the show. The team then transports it and builds it during build-up. Its build method is mainly the beMatrix frame system, which the company says lets it build complex displays at lower cost.

Buy, hire or go bespoke

If you would rather own your stand, Stand 4 builds stands to buy and quotes for them. If no catalogue design fits, you can send a sketch or brief for a bespoke design. It also sells portable displays, roller banners, pop up stands and counters, hires shell scheme graphics, meeting pods, furniture and AV, and its catalogue lets you add your website so it can generate concept visuals in your brand colours.

Sustainability record

Stand 4 says every stand is carbon-balanced as standard and its modular systems are reusable. In November 2025 it received a Better Stands Gold Award, which recognises reusable stands that cut waste.

Recent stands

Its portfolio includes stands for MEG Middle East Glass, Milexia, Satchel One, PBS Offshore, Elstead Lighting and EP English Path.
