CXGlobal

CXGlobal designs, manufactures, stores and transports exhibition stands from its own workshop in Watlington, Oxfordshire. It was founded in 2008, its terms are issued by Certain X Ltd, the company behind the CXGlobal name, and it runs CXModular as its modular stand arm. It describes itself as family-operated. See your stand being made before the show

All manufacturing happens in the Watlington workshop, which uses CNC machines and plasma cutters, and you can follow progress through photo updates or by visiting. The company can pre-build your stand in the workshop so you can check the layout and look before it goes to the venue. It names MDF, metals and acrylics among its materials, all fire retardant and approved by venues and organisers. One project manager stays with you from the brief to sign-off at the show.

Less paperwork for you

You hand over the admin as well as the build. CXGlobal says it prepares method statements and risk assessments, places on-site orders such as electrics, rigging and carpet, and deals with organisers and floor managers. Its published terms include one concept design and one round of changes in the pitch, with further revisions charged, and ask for deposits to clear 28 days before loading.

Bespoke, modular or a mix

You can choose a bespoke stand built from scratch, or a BeMatrix modular stand through CXModular, either hired with no long-term commitment or bought outright. Between shows it can keep your stand in a separate, insured storage facility in Watlington, check it fully before every event and pre-build it with any graphic changes for you to review. It recycles end-of-life carpet, reuses timber and uses waste timber off-cuts to help fuel the workshop. Its modular Technetix stand at Network X received a Better Stands Assessment Gold Award.

Its awards page lists Best Stand at Show at The Toy Fair 2014, Best Designed Stand at BDTA in 2014 and 2016, Best National Motorsport Stand at Autosport in 2013 and 2015 and Best Stand at Show for Bausch and Lomb in 2023, and it was a finalist for Best Marketing Tool at the Exhibition News Supplier Awards 2024. Clients on its case studies and testimonials include BenQ, for a roadshow bus at Bett, WD-40 and Technetix, whose stand it built at Cable-Tec Expo in Colorado.
