Event Tech Live London

At Event Tech Live you can compare event technology suppliers over two days in one hall at Excel London, with live demos, real pricing and product teams on hand, and the organiser says most of the market exhibits. Entry is free if you organise events or work at an agency, brand, association or venue. AMP Events Ltd, which runs the show, says 2026 is the show’s 13th year at Excel, with more than 3,000 event professionals expected and over 85 sessions, meetups and workshops.

Plan your visit on 11 and 12 November 2026

The show fills halls S9 and S10, through entrance S5. Doors open at 09:30 on both days and close at 16:30 on Wednesday and 16:00 on Thursday, with badge collection from 09:00 at self-serve kiosks that print your emailed e-badge.

• Free advance registration covers both days, the exhibition, all four stages, the Meetup Zone and the networking areas.
• If you work for an event technology supplier, you can visit on day two only with a £34 Event Technology Supplier ticket, bought online beforehand.
• Students are welcome on day two.

Compare suppliers and learn from four stages

If you are reviewing registration, event apps, badging or lead capture, you can see rival products side by side and ask other organisers what they would buy again. Sessions run on the Main Stage and the AI and Innovation, MarTech and Growth, and Experiential and Engagement stages, plus hands-on Workshops, and the organiser says all are chosen on merit and CPD accredited.

The 2026 Main Stage includes a George P. Johnson panel on bringing AI into agency event work and a Google talk on running events across 70 spaces in 10 countries. The Event Technology Awards London follow on the evening of 11 November at Amazing Grace in Canary Wharf, with 37 categories and 39 judges. Tickets cost £225 plus VAT.

Meet buyers with budget when you exhibit

You reach event directors, technology leads, heads of digital and senior marketers from agencies, corporates, exhibition organisers and associations, most running 20 or more events a year, according to the organiser. Its 2025 figures were 2,719 qualified attendees over two days, 86.4% of them with decision-making authority or purchasing influence, 665 with event tech budgets of £100k or more, and 22 attendees for every exhibitor.

Options run from Launchpad pods for startups and Kickstart and Tech 2 Grow pavilions to Ready-to-Go turnkey stands and space only, plus an AI Pavilion and a new MarTech and Growth zone. Secure a 2027 stand early

You can already pick a stand for 10 and 11 November 2027 at Excel London, held free for five days while the organiser sends pricing. Marketing Technology Live, a new show for martech, AI, data and customer experience, launches alongside it, with one registration covering both.

Get to halls S9 and S10 quickly

Prince Regent DLR is a two-minute walk from entrance S5, and Custom House on the Elizabeth line is about seven minutes away. If you drive, the Eastern car park (postcode E16 1DR) is closest, daily rates apply and the venue is inside London’s ULEZ. Aloft London Excel and Novotel London Excel connect to the venue.
