At The Luxury Travel Fair you can compare more than 70 luxury travel brands over four days, meeting the specialists who would plan your trip. Presented by Condé Nast Traveller and run by Clarion Events, the 2026 fair fills the National Hall at Olympia London from 5 to 8 November, and your ticket also gets you into the Spirit of Christmas Fair in the same building.
Plan your visit on 5 to 8 November 2026
Four opening days, including Saturday and Sunday, let you fit a visit around your working week.
- Thursday 5 to Saturday 7 November: 10am to 5pm
- Sunday 8 November: 10am to 4.30pm
- Venue: National Hall, Olympia London
Booking ahead saves you money. The organiser says advance tickets start from £23, and although tickets are sold on the door, buying early is cheaper. Children under 12 go free, anyone 12 or over needs a ticket, and under-16s must be with an adult. A carer can come free if you supply proof of disability.
Meet the brands that would plan your trip
Meeting brands face to face lets you put your trip ideas to a specialist in person. Brands named on the official site include Audley Travel, Trailfinders, AmaWaterways, Wendy Wu, Emirates Holidays and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, with exhibitors ranging from cruise lines and remote hotels to safari specialists and private tour operators. Condé Nast Traveller runs its own stand, where the magazine offers visitors a subscription deal.
Hear free talks in the Travellers’ Tales Theatre
The talks come with your ticket, so first-hand travel advice costs you nothing extra. The 2026 timetable names journalist John Simpson CBE and Race Across the World’s Mark and Margo, alongside sessions such as 2027 travel trends with Condé Nast Traveller and a safari talk with Abercrombie and Kent. Between sessions you can stop at the Louis Roederer Champagne Bar or eat from chef Kate Austen’s all-day menu.
Two fairs on one ticket
The Spirit of Christmas Fair, run in association with House & Garden, sits alongside the travel fair, so you can make a start on Christmas shopping during the same visit. Our guide to what a co-located exhibition ticket covers explains what to check.
Exhibit to reach affluent travellers
If you sell high-end travel, the fair puts you in front of what the organiser describes as an affluent, high-net-worth audience. According to its Why Exhibit page, the fair attracts over 12,000 visitors, average household income is £100k, and 73% of visitors live in Greater London or the South East. The 2025 edition, held 6 to 9 November, was billed with over 80 tour operators and travel brands.
The organiser supplies a ready-made stand and offers a choice of exhibitor packages (see shell scheme or space only for how this differs from a custom stand). Space is limited, so a selection committee that includes Condé Nast Traveller representatives reviews each application, and you may be asked for a brochure or website. Invited categories include luxury tour operators, exclusive hotels, deluxe cruise companies, safari reserves, golf resorts and tourist boards.
Get to Olympia by rail, bus or car
Kensington (Olympia) station, served by the London Overground and national rail, puts you at the venue door; from the Central or District line, change at Shepherd’s Bush or West Brompton for a two-minute Overground hop. Baron’s Court on the Piccadilly line is an 11-minute walk. Drivers must pre-book parking because spaces are limited, with off-site parking at Westfield Shepherd’s Bush. The official accommodation partner, EventBeds by NuBreed Hotels, says you can save up to 30% on nearby hotels compared with booking direct.
More travel and Olympia dates
If travel is your trade, World Travel Market London opens at Excel London on 3 November 2026, the same week. Back at Olympia, The Ideal Christmas Show starts on 26 November 2026, and the same organiser’s Top Drawer returns on 10 January 2027.
