With Exhibit 3Sixty you can have your stand designed, built, delivered and installed by one contractor for trade shows and events across the UK. Exhibit 3Sixty is based in Coventry and says it has been supplying stands since 2008, and it designs, builds and stores stands on its own premises in the Midlands. Stand types you can choose from

You can choose from four types of stand.

• Custom or bespoke stands made from timber and composite, with joinery pre-built in its workshop and weight loads and anchor details worked out in-house.
• Modular stands built on aluminium sections with foamex panels or dye-sublimated fabric graphics, which the company says work for spaces from a 9 square metre stand to a 72 square metre island.
• Shell scheme dressing, including graphics that cover the upright posts, plus pop-up banner stands.
• Feature areas such as entrances, seating areas and coffee lounges.

Its in-house graphic designers produce and print your large-format artwork. It also supplies furniture, raised flooring with cable channels, lighting and electrical work, and AV kit such as screens, projectors and laptops. Shop fitting and floor plan drawing are listed too.

How your project runs

You pay nothing for design, and the company says it returns designs and quotations within seven days of receiving a brief. There is no fixed price list; each stand is quoted once the design is agreed. One account manager handles your project and attends build-up and breakdown. Exhibit 3Sixty says it deals with show organisers on your behalf, submitting stand plans, risk assessments, method statements and construction phase plans.

You need to meet two deadlines the company gives. Artwork is needed ten working days before the first build day. Sign-off is ideally six to eight weeks before the show, and at the latest by the electrical surcharge date, usually about four weeks before build-up. Transport, storage and reuse

You can have your stand transported, lifted and stored between shows by the same company, which has a 20,000 square foot storage facility. It says a bespoke stand planned for reuse can go out up to five times, and that its modular frames are recyclable at the end of their life.

Brands and venues it has worked with

Its case studies show you work for JCB, Hisense, Leica, The 1810 Company and OPTRAFAIR, a brand experience for Stratasys at Mach 2019, and three display areas for BabyStyle at Glasgow’s Pram Centre. Other published work covers Virgin Atlantic HQ and NHS ConfedExpo 2023, where the lecture theatres, catering areas, shell scheme and feature areas were wrapped in the event’s brand. It also says it was official full-service supplier to the ERA General Assembly in Madrid in 2016. Venues it names include the NEC Birmingham, Olympia London and the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Memberships

You are working with a member of ESSA, the Event Supplier and Services Association, and Exhibit 3Sixty says it was one of the first companies to gain ESSA Accreditation. Its news pages report shortlistings for the International Confex Supplier Awards and the Exhibition News Awards.
