You can have your stand designed, manufactured and stored at one Northampton site, then installed across the United Kingdom and in Europe, for a shell scheme or space only plot. Aspect Exhibitions is a family-owned stand contractor and says it was formed in 1991. Its work spans stand design and build as well as freight and installation.

Custom stands and Colonnade sets you can reuse

You can reuse a custom stand from Aspect, which says clients have reused its traditional stands four times a year for more than five years. Custom stands are made in its own workshop by in-house carpenters, CNC programmers and operators, and decorators, using wood, metals and plastics. Its own Colonnade system is cut on its CNC machine from MDF, finished in Dulux vinyl matt emulsion and sized to fit either a space only plot or a shell scheme. Each set is repainted and repaired before every outing, and Colonnade is offered for hire or sale.

Modular systems you can hire, buy or build yourself

You choose the system and how much work you hand over.

• R8, a German-made aluminium system compatible with Octanorm, which the company says makes up about 70% of its design work
• Meroform M12 and M6 from Mero, plus exhibition domes
• Tool-less lighting gantry and truss, used to show cars, boats, caravans, trucks and other large products
• Tension fabric stands
• Self-build kits from Tecna, Colonnade and Quatro 222 clip-and-pin truss, collected from Northampton or delivered to site

R8 can be taken as design, hire and build, design, sale and build, or bought and put up by you. Aspect also stores stands between events and offers long-term rental to regular exhibitors.

Stands and marquees for outdoor and agricultural shows

You can exhibit at a showground in a structure from 6.0m x 3.0m up to 9.0m x 15.0m, built from the company’s own German-made marquee modules 6.0m and 9.0m wide, plus 5.0m x 5.0m pagoda marquees for hospitality. It designed its own level outdoor floor and prints marquee-grade wall panels and PVC banners. Outdoor events it names include ARB, the Royal Welsh Show, AFP, Cereals and the Hillhead quarry show at Buxton.

One project manager from brief to dismantling

You deal with one project manager throughout, and at least one installer on site will have worked on your build. The project manager takes the brief, works with the in-house designers, supplies a detailed quotation, orders electrics, carpet and graphics and submits plans to organisers. Stands travel on the company’s own vehicles, and the team returns after the show to dismantle it. Shows, venues and clients in the UK and Europe

You can check Aspect’s show record, as the company says its designers have built stands for Spring Fair, IFSEC and Subcon, and it lists the Olympia Horse Show, Autosport and the London Boat Show among UK work. In Europe it names Medica, Domotex, Valve World, Mets Trade and Metal Expo, and says it has worked at venues in Munich, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Paris and Amsterdam. Its gallery shows work for DS Smith, Johnson Matthey, Rototilt, Portafill, Forterra and JLR, among others.
