Expositionists

Expositionists publishes its prices: custom stands built on reusable modular frames start from £199 per square metre and fully bespoke stands from £299 per square metre. It designs and fabricates in-house from its Hertfordshire facility at 62 Bridge Road East, Welwyn Garden City, and says it has supplied exhibition stands since 1990. A price and a lead time before you brief

You can budget early. The company says a custom stand of 12 to 20 square metres typically costs £5,000 to £15,000 for the first event, including design, build and installation, and that from the second event the cost falls to about 30 to 40% of that. A purpose-built 6sqm stand starts at £2,950, and bespoke designs for 40sqm and larger run from £18,000 to £150,000. It recommends at least four weeks from brief to show day for modular custom stands, six to eight weeks where new structural elements are needed, and quotes an eight-week typical lead time for bespoke builds.

Reuse with free storage

If you exhibit at several shows, your stand can be re-skinned, resized and reused across six to 15 events, and Expositionists says it stores your stand at its UK facility between events at no additional charge. It also manages transport, installation and dismantling. More than half of its clients reuse a stand it designed and built.

Shell scheme and cardboard options

If you have taken a shell scheme, its Rapid Up Plus panels start from £239 per linear metre and can be used again. Its EcoStands.Green range is made from Re-Board cardboard supplied on an FSC-certified basis, printed with water-based inks, starts from £3,000 and can be reused two or three times before recycling. Its case studies are dated and named: ThreatLocker at Black Hat Europe 2024 and 2025, Aqua and Stulz at Data Centre World London 2026, Favini at London Packaging Week 2026 and One Click LCA at Futurebuild 2024 and 2025, all at ExCeL London, plus Genia at the London Vet Show 2025, Go Grafton at 100% Optical 2026, DCD Connect at the Business Design Centre, Convatec at Telford International Centre, and Odoo and Loctite at the NEC. It also builds for American firms showing in the UK and Europe, with work in Paris, Prague, Amsterdam and Cologne.

Accreditation and team

Expositionists is ESSA accredited and publishes its certificates and quality service charter. Named senior staff include the chairman, head of design, commercial director and operations director, and a project manager is assigned to each job.
