Packages include a Bistro Package at £250, a High Package at £335 and a Lounge Package at £475, alongside stool and DSW chair sets. Theatres and quiet meeting pods without rigging costs

You can have seminar theatres built on the show floor with no rigging costs, the company says, and give visitors quieter rooms for meetings. Its draping team builds floor-standing structures, including seminar theatres, feature areas, entrance tunnels, networking lounges and showrooms, using blackout systems, floor-to-ceiling theatres, pipe and drape and door portals. Voiles come in colours matched to a show’s brand and can carry printed sponsor logos. Its -45dB range, announced in autumn 2023, offers modular rooms and meeting pods giving up to 45 decibels of sound reduction on the show floor.
