Pinnacle Creative designs, manages and builds exhibition stands from Unit 4, Home Farm Buildings at Stoke Bruerne in Northamptonshire. Rob Pinnington founded it in 2013 after six and a half years designing and managing stands at Aspect Exhibitions, and the business grew from a graphic design studio into a stand design and build firm. Pinnacle’s online stand builder gives you an instant quote for any show and date, with options for meeting rooms, store rooms, screens and product displays, and it says prices start from £300 per m². Reusable tension fabric stands you can hire or buy

You can hire or buy. Pinnacle holds a large stock of modular tension fabric system on an aluminium frame, with dye-sublimated graphics that can be washed and reused, and clients who hire the system and buy their own graphics have those graphics stored at no cost. Graphics can be printed on material made from 100% recycled ocean waste and finished with recycled carpet and low-wattage LED lights, and you can buy the system outright and build it yourself. It also supplies lighting gantry stands, a system it has worked with for nearly 15 years, slatwall stands and shell scheme interiors.

From shell scheme to space-only islands

Its work runs from small shell scheme interiors to large space-only island stands, with Rob and the team handling the concept, artwork, build and, when you need it, installation and breakdown. Recent builds include SLS at Lab Innovations at the NEC, Exo Travel at World Travel Market 2024 at ExCeL London and Additional Lengths at Salon International 2025. It says it has built at ExCeL for 18 years, including stands with overhead rigging and services under the floor, and at NEC shows such as Spring Fair, Autumn Fair, Glee, Foodex and MACH.

Central for most major venues

Pinnacle says most major UK exhibition venues are within two hours of its base, and the NEC is just under an hour from Northampton. It runs its own fleet of vehicles and lists work at Olympia London, Stoneleigh Park, Manchester Central, Celtic Manor and the venue now called the Coventry Building Society Arena.
